These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and the provision of services by Owen Govender trading as Owen Govender Consultation Services ("ONG Consultation").
Services provided by ONG Consultation are advisory and consultative in nature. No legal, financial, regulatory, or certification guarantees are provided unless explicitly agreed in writing.
ONG Consultation provides professional consulting services including, but not limited to, technology consulting, security advisory, operational support, and problem-solving services.
While services are delivered with due skill, care, and diligence, no guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes or results.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring that instructions and requirements are lawful.
Fees are agreed prior to engagement. All invoices are payable in accordance with agreed terms. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
All client information is treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
All materials, methodologies, and documentation provided remain the intellectual property of Owen Govender unless otherwise agreed in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Owen Govender trading as Owen Govender Consultation Services shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, profits, or business interruption, arising from the use of services, advice, recommendations, or website content.
Either party may terminate services with reasonable written notice, subject to outstanding obligations.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
